Policies
Each tiara and bridal headband will be packaged in a custom keepsake box to keep your tiaras safe during shipping. Please let us know immediately if you notice damage to your tiara, headband or other items immediately.
Shipping
All tiaras and other items are shipped within three business days of receiving payment for the order. We will bubble wrap and/or double box your items to prevent damage and will provide tracking information on your order. All items are shipped via USPS ground for $5. If you need your tiara more quickly, you can choose our UPS air options within the United States. Actual UPS shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on items ordered and your location.

If you live in an apartment building, we will also purchase the signature confirmation sticker at our expense. This is required to prevent thefts that have occurred when the postman leaves the package at an apartment. We cannot waive this requirement.
Shipments outside the US are sent by First Class Mail International, which may take up to 14 days. Shipments to Canada can take as long as four weeks, depending on how long the package sits in Canadian customs.
All U.S. states, U.S. possessions, and U.S. military bases are considered domestic shipping. We also offer shipping to Canada, Europe and Australia. We do not guarantee shipping to foreign countries. If we use First Class Mail International, the package is handed off to a foreign country within 48 hours, but delivery depends on your own customs authority and your own mail delivery system. We cannot track a package once it is handed off to your country. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the mail carriers in a foreign country or for any taxes or tariffs.
Attention Canadian Customers!--All shipments to Canada require the purchase of insurance. This appears to be the only country where shipments experience lengthy delays after the package is handed off to your postal services. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. All other countries allow at least 14 days for delivery.

Tiara Time recommends that all customers purchase insurance for their order, as it is not responsible for the loss of any package that is not insured.
Refund/Exchange Policy
- All tiaras or other items must be returned in the original packaging within 14 business days from receipt of shipment. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition. It is the sole discretion Tiara Time to determine if returned items have been used or if they are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be immediately sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable.
- Damaged tiaras, headbands or other items will NOT be refunded and will be replaced with the SAME item only.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on exchanges or returns. We will immediately replace a flawed, defective, broken, damaged, or wrong item with the same style number only, entirely at our expense. There is no restocking fee in this event, and we pay the postage both ways. Before packaging we examine all tiaras, headbands and other items very closely to ensure quality. We even place each product in bubble wrap and double box! However, at times UPS may unintentionally handle a package roughly which may damage the contents. In that case, we will happily replace it with the same item!
- Returns require a pre-approval. Please email us immediately if your tiara or other item does not work for you. You must have a return authorization to send it back. Sorry, no returns from overseas.
