Q. I have never ordered online before, is this website secure?
A. The website checkout system is on an encryption Secure Server and is guaranteed to be secure. That means the information is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone other than ourselves. You can see that the pages are secure because the address in the address bar changes from being http:// to https://. You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser. In addition, our system is tested daily for vulnerabilities.
Q. What carrier will my order be coming by?
A. For USA orders, we use USPS ground. If you need your item more quickly, we also offer UPS air options. For international orders, we use UPS and the Post Office depending on the country you are in and the level of service chosen.
Q. I live near Benicia, CA and would prefer to avoid shipping charges. Can you arrange for local pick-up?

Q. We need the products for a particular date. How soon do we need to order it?
A. If you see the product you intend to order, our recommendation is to order it now. It is possible that an item could be sold out, but we try to replenish stock frequently. In addition, we can not be responsible for unexpected delays with the delivery. To ensure that you get the product you need on the date that you need it, do not delay your order.
Q. Do you collect tax?
A. Currently, for online orders, we only collect tax for items shipped to California.
Q. If I place an order now, when will it ship?
A. We ship all orders within a 2-3 day period. Orders placed during the weekend are queued to ship on the first working weekday of that week. Orders with declined credit card charges or declined credit card address verification can be delayed. It is important to include accessible phone numbers (we suggest both work and home numbers) with the order. This can speed up our address verification process and allow us to contact you quickly in the event we need to speak to you.

Q. What is the difference between combs, a front comb and loops?
A. For tiaras with combs or side combs, there are combs attached at the ends of the bands to help hold the tiara in place. The loops serve the same purpose and are also attached at the end of each band and allow a bobby pin to slide through to help hold it in place (a lot of the time this is not necessary because the tiaras often can stay in place on their own). For the majority of our items, we chose the loops over the combs as it better lends itself all hairstyles. For example, if you want to wear your hair in an updo and want the tiara pushed more towards the back, it would be best to go with the loops. Front combs are attached in the center directly behind the front of the tiara and can be seen in the pictures. Front combs work best near the crown of the head or, depending on the design, pushed into a low bun or chignon near the back of the head.

Q. How will my order come packaged?
A. All tiaras will come in a keepsake brown and pink box. They will be bubblewrapped inside the keepsake box and then boxed again in another cardboard box to ensure safe shipping. Smaller items, such as some of the children's items, jewelry and earrings will come bubblewrapped in an organza bag and shipped in cardboard box.
