Bargain Bin products are offered to you at a greatly reduced price as they do not match the standard of quality we have come to expect at Tiara Time.  Some will have stones that are not perfect in clarity, some may have a small stone missing, and some may simply be styles that are being retired.  Oftentimes these minor defects do not affect the appearance in the hair, but we feel that they warrant a bargain bin price!
